Hope you all had a super weekend. You may recall this weekend we were in Kerry where we walked the legs off ourselves. Because of this Jill decided to pay extra attention to the feet during tonights practice – enjoy.

Friday Practice
Hi – right now Jill and I are on a train to Kerry so we can’t do a live practice tonight. However we know you all love the practices so we pre recorded this practice specially. You can do it when it premieres on Facebook at 6pm . Alternatively , as you are a patron, we have given you access from now to do whenever suits you best.
