Despite being virtual Jill is very βpresentβ. Her encouraging (and gentle) tone keeps me engaged throughout each session. Since starting lockdown yoga Jill has really taught me the importance of breathing. Lockdown yoga is becoming addictive, even enjoying my least favourite position, the Down Dog! I have just completed my second class with Jill. I found her classes very enjoyable. Jill’s instructions are very clear, and there is a lovely flow to the postures, with focus on the breath. I found both classes comfortably challenging and intend on spending more time on the mat with lovedoingyoga Thank you.
