It is our aim to make a regular, lead Yoga Practice, aimed at people over 40, accessible to all.
For just €5 per month we deliver patrons 12 new Yoga Practices they can access whenever they wish. And some weeks we deliver a weekly practice FREE to all between Friday 6pm.
