We don’t always have time for a full 60 minute practice. That is OK. However it is better to do 20 minutes than no minutes at all. In this video, the first of a new series of short practices, Jill takes you through an all over flow that will help you build harmony between your body and mind.

Live Yoga Practice – May 1st 2020
Jill went live with a practice. This practice, which concentrates on the back, is in preparation for the long holiday weekend when some of you may be doing DIY or Gardening.
