Birdsong in Lanesborough

Feeling stressed – Transport yourself to the peaceful forest in Lanesborough, Co, Longford

Take four minutes out and enjoy the May birdsong I recorded during a walk in an old Limestone Quarry in Lanesborough, Co. Offaly last Saturday.

A walk is an ideal break during a stressful day. It gives you time to relax, breathe in fresh air, stretch your legs and marvel in the beauty around you, It is an ideal way to remove yourself and rejoice in nature.

This short video may serve as a substitute if you can’t get out into nature but I do recommend you try to walk amongst trees as soon as you can.

If you have ever wanted to try yoga this is an ideal way to do it. Do a few of our practices on YouTube and if you like it we hope you will become a patron for just €5 per month. Our Yoga is good for all but we primarily aim the practices at women aged 45 plus. ( That said I’m a 60 year old male and have definitely improved my mobility and mindfulness with two sessions a week for the past 2 years)
