This meditation is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, like the “going-to-sleep” stage. It is a state in which the body is completely relaxed, and during it you will become increasingly aware of the inner world by following a set of verbal instructions.
The meditation takes about 15 mins and is best done lying on a mat although you can do it in bed to help you relax before sleeping.
