How Yoga helps with Mental Health

Came across this interesting interview online which discusses how Yoga can help you keep your mind strong during challenging times. I have posted it here as it may help people who aren’t familiar with Yoga.

If you are new to yoga and want to experience a sample practice for yourself try this one form Jill. It is nothing special just one of the practices we did live in July 2020. It lasts about an hour so set aside the time, find a peaceful spot, put your mat on the ground and start streaming.
