Our last August Practice

Where is the year going. We have just launched our last August practice to our patrons. For just 5 euro per month we send our patron 3 new practices a week.

Our Yoga – filmed in Kilpedder, County Wicklow, is delivered to our patrons so they can do the practice at anytime they wish, anywhere they desire.

It is an ideal addition to a weekly in person class as Jill will lead you through your poses and maybe offer you a new insight to your yoga journey. If you are interested you can learn more here or on our patreon page.

Our latest Short Practice

Every Wednesday we publish a short practice on Patreon. It is one of three practices we send to you patrons every week.

Here is a link to the latest practice which we streamed from our Yoga Studio in Wicklow, Ireland. Our practices are accessible across the globe for just €5 per month. We send them to you and they can be streamed over your laptop, tablet or smartphone.
