Although we don’t always post here we continue to deliver 3 sessions of yoga every week. You are welcome to enjoy them and if you do – we hope you will support us. Here is our latest session which streams on YouTube later this evening. Patrons, naturally, have access to it now.
LoveDoingYoga are delighted to gift everyone 12 Days of Yoga for the holiday period. Our practices will be released via our patreon page and will be available to all – FREE of charge.
So why not set aside time each day to do a little Yoga. Below is the full schedule so you can plan how to fit it all in. But if you can’t make the release time the practice will remain online so you can do it later.

LoveDoingYoga are based in Kilpedder, Co Wicklow and deliver Yoga online to the world via their patreon page. People can also access some of the practices for free on YouTube but be prepared to be delivered advertisements.
May evenings do have a grand stretch in them but this evening in particular has a few lovely stretches ( and a few twists for good measure. )
