Radiate – June 5th – Jill leads a practice that will leave you flexed and open.
We don’t always have time for a full 60 minute practice. That is OK. However it is better to do 20 minutes than no minutes at all. In this video, the first of a new series of short practices, Jill takes you through an all over flow that will help you build harmony between your body and mind.
